Ritual bookings are non-refundable once materials are sourced. Cancellations requested 48 hours prior can be rescheduled to a future date.
Because the coordination of Vedic rituals requires the upfront purchase of specific samagri (materials), flowers, and booking the time slots of Pandits, payments made for completed or actively prepared rituals cannot be refunded.
If a devotee is unable to attend or requires a change in schedule, a request must be sent via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled ritual time. Approved requests will be rescheduled to an alternate mutually convenient date without additional charges.
